The Platform is designed to amplify researcher capability while maintaining human decision-making authority at every stage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of all research content you create using the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your research outputs. The Platform itself, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of Orbis Scientia.
The Platform is designed to support rigorous academic research. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with your institution's academic integrity policies and applicable research ethics standards. All citations originate from verified academic database searches; you are responsible for verifying accuracy before publication.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
