By accessing or using orbisscientia.com (the “Site”), you (“you,” “User”) enter into a binding agreement with AHS, Inc. (“AHS,” “we,” “our,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is offered only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to form contracts. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Site.
The Site provides marketing and informational content only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a warranty, guarantee, professional advice, or an offer to sell the Orbis Scientia product. Any future use of the product will be governed by a separate, executed agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AHS concerning Site use.

We do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.
Server logs are retained indefinitely to analyse long-term trends, unless earlier deletion is required by law or for security reasons.
Data may be processed by Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting) in the United States. We impose contractual obligations to safeguard data. We may also disclose data if required by court order or to protect legal rights.
Because Azure’s primary servers are in the United States, your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. We rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR “performance of contract” and “legitimate interests” as transfer mechanisms.
All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS). This encryption helps protect data in transit from interception or alteration. Although no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100 % secure, we also maintain server-level access controls and logging to mitigate unauthorized access.
